Reflection.
What did I do?
I modified the Chapter 2 and 3 storyboards and edited and made a screencast for the Formative Evaluation Plan.
What was important about it?
The edits I made to the Chapter 2 and 3 storyboards helped make things go more smoothly for the eLearning Developer. The formative evaluation plan will help the team as we move into the evaluation phase. The screencast enables other teams to see what we did with the formative evaluation plan.

Where could I use this again?
The storyboards will be used in the next stage of development. The formative evaluation plan will be used as we move into the evaluation phase of the project.
Do I see any patterns in what I did?

Do I see any patterns in what I did?
I used my prior knowledge and activities in formative evaluation and applied it to this Formative Eval Plan. I got into a routine as I modified the storyboards that helped it to go more quickly.
How well did I do?
I did a lot of work in modifying the storyboards for development. I think I did well in taking initiative when teammates requested assistance.
What should I do next?
